CogEval 是一項基於 iPad 的評估工具，用於評估多發性硬化症 (MS).患者的認知功能。其中提供的兩分鐘處理速度測試 (PST) 可根據注意力、精神運動速度、視覺處理和工作記憶等要素評估認知功能。CogEval 以符號數字轉換測試 (SDMT) 為基礎，並根據該測試進行驗證。在兩分鐘評估期間，患者可使用按鍵，將抽象符號與數字進行配對。在完成時，系統可提供資料，供醫護人員審核。
CogEval 擬用於醫療環境，並只提供給負責管理多發性硬化症患者的醫護人員使用。每次用後，CogEval 會重設；患者資料和測試結果不會儲存在應用程式中。
