Had another rough night with this app. Makes on call harder because the app does not work often, does not notify of call, freezes. Would not recommend.

This app is the worst!! Completely useless and does not deliver any of the features that it says it does. The older version was infinitely better
Terrible application for being so mission critical. Does not reliably load. Does not reliably notify. I fear that this application tremendously increases my liability as an on call provider and puts patients in danger due to delayed notification
Required to use this for work. The notifications from a text message does not link to the app. The app usually does not open on the first attempt and the phone numbers linked does not open to actually be able to call the number back.
Currently, this app logs you out automatically. Really nice if you are on call for a few days. You have to sign back in to turn the pager back on…. Hopefully no patients were bleeding to death during this time. Unfortunately had some patients who were actively bleeding to death and did not get notified. Had to sign back on to find these pages.
The combination of this app not notifying anyone when a call comes in as well as not being well maintained in the slightest, is truly a breathtakingly bad combination. Yet somehow this isn’t even the worst part about using this app, that would fall to the utter incompetency of the answering service I have the misery of interacting with. There was an occasion where a call to remove a decedent came in, but due to the answering services repeated errors, nobody was notified for over 8 hours. Let me repeat, for 8 hours a body remained in its place of passing, which was by pure luck a hospital, and the call while put into the system, sent out no notifications until over 8 hours had passed, upon which a coworker of mine happened to check the app on a whim and discovered that a call had come in. The absolute lack of response to any situational problem renders this app and those who work for it not just useless, but an active hinderance to myself and my coworkers doing our job in a timely and professional manner.
This app needs a lot of work. It is completely silent when you turn off your ring tone. It doesn’t play nicely with the Apple sleep feature completely muting it. I have to turn sleep off so that I am notified. The outcome is that it fails at its only job - notifying me of a message. In addition it logs me out too frequently, and after logging in, doesn’t go to the messages screen. Help!
Update this app , needs to be better and have apples ringtones . And a way to call the numbers through ur own phone provider app.
If you can avoid this version, please do. Last review is absolutely right. Always getting logged out and always having to reset my message tone. Last night suddenly my messages page is completely black so I can’t read the messages. I have to call the service to manually get the message.
This is the absolute worst app I have ever used and I have used 100’s. I am forced to use it for work. I spend more time on tech-support, then I do addressing patient needs. When I thought it couldn’t get an worse they updated it, and now I am compelled to write this review. 👎👎👎👎
