The application that works with sound, when your iPhone / iPad goes into sleep mode. This feature prevents the battery to be too much discharge when we launch a cardiac coherence cycle.
Your helper to practice cardiac coherence or daily breathing.
Breathe with eyes closed following the soft audio beat for deeper relaxation.
Thanks to your assistant you can :
- customize the session duration
- customize the Inhale to Exhale ratio (relaxing , coherence, energizing )
- customize the number of breaths per minute
- display/hide the time before the end of the cardiac coherence cycle
- customize a delay, so you can get situated before the breathing begins
Thanks to your assistant you can :
- Choose background sound from the available list
- Choose the beat tone sound from the available list
- Select the background image from the available list
- Choose the sound that indicates the switch between inspiration and expiration
Your assistant allows you to :
- To record notes with which you follow the progress of your mood
- To obtain virtual rewards for each session
Cardiac coherence, here is a simple way to reduce stress . It is a breathing exercise that is practiced over a short period of 5 minutes .
Unlike other techniques, it can be used anywhere and anytime. Using this technique you will be able to take a relaxing moment where you want it ; in public transport, in your car, at home. A setting menu allows you to change the preferences depending on when or where you practice exercise.

Le son est dissocié du rythme respiratoire illustré par la colonne visuelle. Il suffirait de le synchroniser pour que l’appli soit parfaite, par exemple flux et reflux du bruit de vagues, du vent, du son d’un instrument à vent...

Je suis vraiment quelqu’un d’anxieuse, je cherchais une appli de relaxation et je suis tombée sur cette appli. Finalement c’est pas de la relaxation mais ça m’a beaucoup aidé à me concentrer tout les jours un petit peu, et j’ai l’impression que ça fait comme une méditation mais en plus technique. Enfin ça marche bien pour moi, je suis moins stressée.

Cette application fait bien le job! J'en ai essayé d'autres mais celle là est la plus simple à utiliser et en même temps elle a pas mal d'options. Ce qui est cool c'est de pouvoir choisir le rythme de respiration. Finalement on décide si on fait de la cohérence cardiaque ou de la relaxation. Je m'en sers 10mns le matin et ça me permet de rester zen après. Sans appli j'aurais abandonné la cohérence depuis longtemps ! Merci pour les images et les sons tout doux aussi !

Vous avez enlevé la poubelle a la fin qui annulait les jours passes a faire l'application. Cela s'accumule. ... Pourquoi?
Excellente application
Tout ce qu'il faut pour pratiquer la cohérence cardiaque et retrouver son calme. Avec toutes les options nécessaires (son, image, quantité de respirations par minute, etc). Créateur très à l'écoute, merci pour vos modifications!!!
