Hi is there a problem with the game I up date it and the screen on the game want all black won’t let me play for about a two I haven’t played it’s all black screen

Tired of all the balloons popping up every time you go in to play can’t see what you are raiding or attacking get rid of the balloons and the pop ups I am getting g to where I want to delete this game you have lost all my coins and all my stuff is gone data recovery don’t work I had to start all over with my coins and my islands where did all my stuff go I want it back and you need to fix this what’s the deal now I can’t even get into this game to play it I have all these coins and everything now you screwed it up I can’t even go in as a guest because it makes me start over I am going to end up deleting this game if you don’t get it fixed. Why am I having to start this game over on apple app I have 33000 spins and 359 billion coins and all my points in the tournament and everything else. What happened to all my coins and all of my spins and card completions I had finished. I had over 217,00 spins and and over 123 billion coins and I go in tonight and all my spins and coins and cards are missing I can’t even use my name you have me listed under a guest name that is so stupid that I can’t stand that guest name you need to get all my spins cards villages and name back on this game or I delete it and block it on my app. Once again you have lost all my spins and all my coins again you

The game freezes when you touch the progress bar for events on the spin wheel

I love this game, but the constant pop up ads are super annoying. And the fact that it’s so expensive to remove the ads is also annoying. I’m currently sitting at 46k spins, and it will NOT let me only use the x40 spins. It continues to FORCE me to use 500 spins a go. I have reset my phone, updated the game, installed and reinstalled. Nothing has worked.

Can’t get on game Had to cancel subscription
Hi. I love this game and have been playing for long time. Recently I cannot get in the game. I really want to play. Also tho loosing benefit from VIP subscription I purchased. I’m getting error when prompts to sign in via FB. Any ideas when this will be fixed. I am trying to reload and load the game over and over and it’s restarting me at level 1. I’ve been playing for years. It doesn’t give me the option to sign in w FB. WHY?
