I downloaded the app, had to put money on the accnt and NEVER HAVE VEEN ABLE TO USE IT! The app never works when at the car wash! It gives a message that the service is unavailable. Contacted customer support and they apologize and say they will to look into it. They never do!
This app literally begs repeatedly for location. The notice pops up onscreen three or four times per session. It’s disruptive and ruthless. You know they are selling this data. Dirtbags. Location isn’t needed to use the app. I scan a QR code, start the wash. Done. Why be so aggressive and disruptive if the developers weren’t selling us out? The digital world has been overrun with lowlifes, swindlers, and scammers.

The way they have it posted makes you think you will be paying 5.00 for the first car wash , It’s posted 5.00 credit. car wash I chose was 10.00 I was charged 15.00! Never received any credit!! BEWARE!!
For some reason (a bug perhaps), their app incorrectly charged me over $800 for an $8 car wash. They were quick to acknowledge it was their issue. However, they said it could take up to 7 days to refund me. That is ridiculous! They could easily do an ACH deposit and return my funds immediately. I will not be using this app again. Extremely poor customer service.

Please shut off the locations services notification. I have no need to share my location with you. QR code scanning and zip code search works fine. No need for me to share my location with you for invasive tracking! The location services notification appears every time I open the app or hit the search screen. It’s punishing. Is this really what you want your users to experience??!
this app makes you have a prepay of 15 dollars and even if you don’t use that on your car they still take the money and give you no credit for it i used 5 dollars on my car yesterday and now i’m short 10 dollars for what i didn't use it rip off
Now allow me to uninstall the app and never go to a car wash where I need yet another app on my phone to provide a simple service
