Just signed up for a Coinpass account. During the verification all went well then a message came up “Something went wrong” when all processes were completed successfully. Now the app is frozen and I am unable to upgrade anything as the upgrade tab links on the app are not working. No means of contacting support. Disappointing start.
Hugely disappointing update to the app showing incorrect balances, having to kyc again even to withdraw, and now having problems logging in.

Touch ID does not work and sign in just freezes
Will accept name but just hangs when adding email.
