I understand that they have to make money, but the amount of advertising makes it a pain to use

Responsive Dev

Not the prettiest app in the world but I don’t believe the dev team is exactly huge either. It seems more of a personal endeavor to me which tbh makes it that much more impressive. I don’t care as much for UI/X as long as the app WORKS, like it’s supposed to. This app does everything it promises. I gave it 4 stars last time as the 400, then 600 step claim buttons stopped working. Guess what was fixed with the very next update? I’m unsure if my review has anything to do with it but either the dev team is responsive to feedback, or their QA team is on point. Whichever option it is, the end result is effectively the same for us users lol. Way to go Coinpify. My only recommendation is changing how the app tells you your redeem options. For example, when you have no points, only Bitcoin shows up, and it’s not until some points are earned that LTC/BCH/ETC/ZEC show up. I assume the ‘gift card balance’ amount is what is left in the dev teams paying out amount for users? But that’s only now, I thought initially it was MY balance and was super hyped at first for obvious reasons. Then it shows you the minimum required balance so it appears as if you can redeem, as previously the other options don’t even show up and you can now click redeem on these new options. Once you do that, that’s where the real info is shown. Your points, how many points are needed to cash out, what that is proportional to actual crypto coin amount, etc. I don’t think the gift card amount you guys have able to payout is really needed. For us as users it’s either available or not. And I think that should be changed to what our actual amount of corresponding coin would be if we chose to cash out our earned points for that coin - if it’s available. I also think they should be shown all the time. Maybe don’t show them, or grey them out kind of like Bitcoin is now, if there is no available balance to pay out. But the fact there’s no consistency with how it’s done is pretty confusing at first. This isn’t even a complaint really, as it’s not hard to figure out after a bit, but I think you could improve your app a lot if that was tweaked. No other issues I can find. Still 5/5 stars for me, thanks guys.

Worked fine and enjoying using the app until the recent update. Now half the videos don’t load so I can’t get points. Please fix.

Worked fine until I cashed out, now I can no longer collect my steps. So keep your coins until you’re absolutely ready/done with the App

It’s almost perfect

It’s a great app i enjoy it so much , when I redeem BCH it’s didn’t late much & over 2 hours add to my BCH wallet. But what I don’t like it’s stressful that i try so hard to push add when i finish running but “chick in” button don’t respond. I close the app & reopen, uninstalled & reinstalled but the same… I hope you fix this problem soon. & also you must put (log out) button to the app if someone want to sign in to a different account. It’s really almost perfect so make it perfect ♥️
