Don’t expect customer support to solve any problems, they created, because they know less than you 3days now and they still have not been able to sort the glitch or bug out. Lots of players experience the same problem. You will be lucky if they even react or answer you and if the do after a day or so they have no solutions to the problem. Rather play Evony but better game experience and less bugs
The game was awesome, but it just won't stop freezing, being slow and glitching. All my other apps are working fine. Plus I can't access that Ramadan event at all. I've deleted and reinstalled it countless times, and all the crap continues, can't access my civilization, and kept causing problems on my phone. I've now deleted this rubbish
I’ve been playing this game for just short of 5 years now. What was once a really great game to play has degenerated to a money making scheme. Lots of features on the iPad version are full of bugs. You report them to customer support and get told they will do something about it but it never gets fixed. A flood of new “updates” to the game just try and force you to but very expensive packs. These generally are around the $99 mark if you want decent “stuff” and are totally out of reach to countries that don’t use the USD as currency. (Chinese players get discounted packs). Kingdom transfers are not open to free movement and you end up moving with half your alliance and then wait a very long time before you can get reunited again. “free” rewards are reduced periodically so you get less and less for free. As an example, the amount of gold given as rewards and hero recruitment cards gets reduced continually. Developers insist on controlling the amount of things you can buy, so for example, the amount of stamina gets reduced from 30 a day to 20 a day under the guise of “optimisation”. If it wasn’t for the friends I’ve made, I’d quit.
There is this Godzilla glitch on this game where you can’t upgrade certain buildings because of that. It’s extremely annoying and no one has fixed it despite numerous reports. Even after the recent update it is still there. It makes the game pretty crap to be honest.
This game is not working the way it should nothing is working not switching between accounts or world map not working bad game
Updates are getting ridiculous now! This is exactly what happened with “Game Of War”. It’s all a money making scheme. Keep this up and you guys will also loose 80% of your players. I played “GOW” for 4 years and quit! This is heading the same direction!!!!!!!!
I propose for an added kingdom. At least one Ancient African civilization. That would be cool.
Excellent Game, playing it for two years now. Overall bugs greatly decreased.. still some glitches but minimal, developers feedback improved yet good attributes needs investment
It's a outstanding game I've ever played .
Do not get hooked. Thieves like DD will chase all paying customers away
