So I’ve had this app for years and my children like it. But, I think there should be more worlds to enjoy. I’d like to thank you for supporting us with oral hygiene 😉
I created an account for my son using an email address I don’t check regularly. He’s been using the app for a month now. I just opened the app to see that the entire account has been deleted because I didn’t agree to terms that were sent to the email. No account suspension, and no warnings within the app. My son loved this app and now has lost all his progress and doesn’t want to use it anymore because he doesn’t want to start over. The app is constantly prompting you to accept terms and conditions and I’ve done it several times. Yet apparently I still need to check my email and also accept from there? As an app developer and someone who has had an iPhone since their existence, this is something I’ve never seen. This is a deeply flawed process. If there is a mandatory step in account setup process, it should have to be completed before letting a kid play a game for a month. And the account should be suspended not deleted. What an absolute waste of time and money.
The app has a lot of trouble l picking up my sons toothbrush. His sisters does just fine, but when he brushes it hardly ever picks up the brush no matter what he does.
My son (7) has been using this app twice daily for the past year. He’s doing great and has had zero cavities at his dental visits. He can independently brush REALLY well with this app and I think it was the best tool we could have found to build his skills. However, we have been in magic world for months now, he’s bought everything he could possibly buy with his gems, and he’s currently banked over 100,000 and can’t do anything with them. He still likes using the app, but he already earned the badge for a 50 day streak and he’s getting bored with the lack of options available now. More worlds and options to buy masks would really be beneficial for the long-term users of this app. We loved the spooky music during Halloween/October, and were hoping we’d see more extras like that in November and December. We’d like to keep using this app to keep up his AMAZING brushing, but it really needs more worlds and extras to keep kids using it long-term. Thanks for the awesome hygiene tool! It was a great kick-start for good brushing habits.
My granddaughter who is 8 lives in Japan. We brought a Majik toothbrush for Christmas but the app is not available from the Japanese App Store. Bummer. I installed it on my US iPhone and she loves it!!! Anything that gets kids brushing is wonderful. But when we leave she will not be able to use it. The app is great but needs to be available in Japan. It would be great if you could make the English version available in the Japanese App Store.
Purchased the toothbrush, opened it to get started, downloaded the app, opened it and can only get “Download Failed. Some necessary files could not be downloaded, check your internet connection and try again later.” We’ve been trying, in multiple devices, no success. Sounds like we’ve wasted our money on the product.
When I brush good they say it’s rong!So they.
Loved the app, but where are the updated levels/hats/etc. We have been waiting for updates and nothing.....
This app has taught my son how to brush his teeth effectively, and it makes him excited to brush too. I would have given it 5 stars, but the app is glitchy. Several times, he’s been almost done with a works and suddenly lost most of his progress. About 8 months ago, he was almost done with Polar World, but one day when the app opened, it took away his stars and said he was back at the beginning of Polar World. He was so frustrated that he stopped using it. He wasn’t brushing well, so after a few months we encouraged him to restart. It’s happened a few more times but never with as big of a consequence until today. This morning he was almost at the end of one world, with 42/45 stars. This evening when he opened it, it said he only had 18 stars in that world! He would like it a lot more if it saved his progress after every brushing session, and didn’t randomly erase his achievements…
