Great free app - one super annoying problem
This has been my go to app for uni, a total game changer ad I really love it however, to sync between my devices I have to manually move folders into the iCloud folder and it doesn’t duplicate my work. Meaning, after 2 years worth of journals and notes I can’t easily and freely access all of these from both devices. I would like to be able to have the two folders a bit more connected so I don’t have to chose ‘on device’ or iCloud but they’re linked automatically

Great, but awful
I renamed one of my notes to the same as a file i had previously deleted and it overwrote the current file to the match the old deleted file, losing an hour+ of work! Imagine if this was another of my files that I have spent over 20 hours working on! Other than that I’ve have minimal issues, only really minor glitches. I loved it until this issue. It’s also concerning as it means deleted files are not truly deleted.

Used to be really good, now terrible
Last year I used this really well to prep for my studies and exams because it had every feature and it was really good quality for being free.
i wasnt able to use this app for the last 6 months or so because they changed the normal pen so that it would have significant delay that you can only change with paying for the full service. I dont even want to write on it now because my sentences would all be cut off at the top.
Amazing
Honestly love this app, its just what I’ve wanted for so many years, heaps of templates to choose from & the fronts are really fun to play with when making up lists & entires , Absolutely love it. You’ve out done yourself this time :)
App keeps crashing
I used to use this app all the time and it was great, however after the new update, whenever I am switching between multiple files (coursebook to working etc) the app just crashes. This is really frustrating and ruins my flow, now on the look for a note taking app with better performance.
Perfect Note taking app
Not only the app is affordable and a one time purchase, it also provides every features one could want in a note taking app. I finally found the tool I’ll be using to take study notes. Thanks.
New engine not as good
I much preferred this app before the big new update. The new engine stutters more when switching between tools (eraser to pen and vice versa, for example) which is quite annoying. The new eraser tool is quite annoying as well as you can be far less precise as it only lets you erase “chunks” or “blocks” of a drawn line instead of the previous more precise option, with the full erase mode when faster erasing was needed. The erase tool also previously would change size depending on the angle you had your Apple Pencil at which I found extremely useful. I’m considering switching apps but will hang around to see if these issues get fixed. Otherwise a great digital note taking option.
