App claims it needs password even though it’s already entered and after resetting it (twice). Not fit for purpose.

Verified my email then it wants me to set up address however, it won’t find my address with the post code, just keeps saying there was an error. 🙄

Had the app but no option to send parcel with the app . Show tract and return. Meanwhile the information indicates the app can be use to send parcel Shane . More needs to be done

Waited 2 weeks for 6 parcels that have yet to be delivered took time off work because I was told that it would be delivered on The Tuesday waited and waited got to 6 at night rang back to be told don’t worry they will be with you today and guess what no parcels rang back the next day to be told that there was a delay cool will be delivered on Thursday to now be told that it was handed to the driver on Tuesday who then took them back off the van for some reason no body knows and now nobody knows where they are

Absolutely useless. I’ve just spent 2 hours on line trying to do the right thing and recycle my Nespresso pods. The Podback app wouldn’t let me fill in a reason, therefore I couldn’t take it any further, so I downloaded the Yodel app - Wouldn’t accept my email address! I supposed because they wanted to force me to do it through Google or Facebook. I don’t want to be controlled by the internet! It just makes you more vulnerable to scams!

Would be better if specific delivery times were giving and also if there was an option to receive a notification when the order is close.

Downloaded the app to track a parcel from ALDI but failed at the first hurdle. Cannot register an account via the app as the Title drop-down will not appear when entering registration details.

What is the point of an app that won’t let you register. Tried “forgot email” but that didn’t work either. Pants.

The sign up page requires a title as a mandatory field but the option screen has no options so it is a never ending impossible loop. No idea if the rest of the app is any good because poor programming has made the app useless
