I have been using this app successfully for many years so I have lots of archives. I just bought an IPhone 15Pro and it won’t open. I tried deleting it and reinstalling it. It charged me again to buy it, I reinstalled it and it still won’t open. All the documentation is in Chinese so there is no support. If this app is defunct I want to be able to at least save my archives in a useful format. HELP!!
App super glitchy. Had to pay for it upfront before downloading and it never worked. Just kept crashing when trying to load. Tried various things to get it to work and no resolution. Waste of money.

I love this app as it has four years of our lives in it. The problem is, it crashes A LOT!! I lost some pictures as well... so please, please make it work. The idea is great! The interface as easy. But it’s not trustworthy 😕
I used to love this app and had been using it almost daily since 2014. But after I bought a new iPhoneXS, only some of my Collect app entries were transferred onto the new phone. I tried transferring the missing entries manually to the Collect app on my new phone, to no avail. I contacted the developers and received no reply. I am terribly disappointed by the unprofessional way this company seems to have abandoned their app!
I used love this app and use it to journal my kids. My 3 yr old deleted the ap though and I lost it all. Then I upgraded, assuming everything would be backed up. I changed phones, and installed my new phone from my previous phone’s iCloud backup. All is gone. 9 years of two children’s journals. I had planned to print the books for my first child’s 10th bday. What a waste of hours of my life choosing photos and typing the journal entries. PS, their website seems to be down now too.
Does exactly what it says - a great photo journaling app that is both simple in concept and elegant in design... a combination that works well. Love that it integrates with iCloud and you can access photos easily.
