Don’t buy cololights you’ll regret it

The software/interface is not seamless. Every once and a while it will have issues and won’t work. Troubleshooting it is one of the biggest hassles ever. Or sometime you simply just have to wait for it to fix itself. It’s really bad to the point where I would recommend coughing up a little more money and buying another brand with a better user interface and less glitches. Also I really do not like the fact that you have to enable location, wifi pw, and it has to store info in files iCloud. All that is unnecessary, it’s just a light. I sometimes really consider getting rid of it. But when it does work it’s very nice.

Please just bring back the old update !! This one is trash. Useless

Definitely not HomeKit compatible. The app features function about 2% of the time and when they actually do work you end up with an “oops, something went wrong” message. Don’t buy these products.

A very bad program. I always suffer from pairing, but the lighting is excellent. I hope to amend the program

Like everyone else in these comments are saying… PLEASE FIX THE APP! I can’t customize my lights at ALL like advertised and they are such expensive lights. What is going on?!

Was so much better with the advanced options. Bring them back or will not purchase your lights ever again!

The app is WAY better since they upgraded to version 2. You can now (finally) save custom colors! I still wish: 1) you’d have the option to choose a custom color with the color wheel AND a color code (RGB, Hex, etc.). 2) you could use custom colors with timers. 3) you could rearrange the order of custom colors.

I have no idea what these developers are doing. They CLEARLY do NOT own any of these lights to make a properly functioning product. As of now they lie and say it’s HomeKit compatible. It’s really not. You could “sync” in past releases, but that has been removed along with other features. I have 20 of these since 2019. And it really never improved. Why can’t we choose our own colors? And why can’t my dynamic scenes be synced to HomeKit anymore even when you advertise as HomeKit compatible?? You need to fire your software engineers because they are not educated enough to make a properly functioning app. Awful.
