After disabling the old enewspaper app, the enewspaper can no longer be loaded into the Coloradoan app now, and the only way view it is to go to a browser now on my iPad to view. Horrible customer experience…I will be cancelling my subscription.
Love the news, not so sure about the software…
App was stuck in a loop. Had to call customer support to get that fixed. Then it wouldn’t open subscribed content. Fortunately support was still online and could fix that also. App does not reflect what is in the paper. It’s a very poor substitute for a real newspaper. Now that there is no Saturday paper it shows just how much worse it is. Today the app doesn’t even have all the articles from the print edition. Clearly not a replacement.

Long time subscriber (nearly 15 years) - switch to new app and enewspaper on iPad is just blank - it worked once. I am paying for nothing at this point and no response from the support email.
