The app will not accept a stop time for a program. Every night I have to connect via blue tooth to shut the lights down. Most of the time it takes multiple attempts to connect. Just terrible.

Cannot turn my lights on this Christmas Eve because the app won’t work. Terrible app.

Keeps losing connection Like the controls

Got new lights from distributor cause old ones wear and tear. New lights wont change color only white

Timer will not work whatever I do

Disconnecting and not letting me turn it on/off or even set up timer. No controller included

When it works it’s great. Connecting to the lights is hit or miss. Even when you are right next to them the app struggles to find the lights and will go rogue leaving you with lights on for days.

My understanding was that all the high tech additions to Christmas lights would make them easier to use. But this app is awful. If it connects, it is slow, has poor range and is nowhere near as flexible as you’d expect. My other Philips lights are garbage too. They last 2 seasons and need to be replaced.

Very disappointed. One string of lights would not connect to the app at all. Plus the app would shut down constantly. I was never able to program a string of lights. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app a couple times and still would not work. I’ll go back to my cheap regular button operated lights.
