Never accepts a correct password

Utterly useless app. My phone auto fills in my password for the online/desktop login, but when my phone enters the same info in to this app it always says my password is incorrect. It’s a totally useless app.

Not good

When I login the screen is blank not showing any of my accounts just saying my name can you fix this

An app which lost the only benefit it had

This app was always inferior to the website, however you could use face or fingerprint ID to quickly login and check and administer some aspects of your accounts, which made it worth having. For the past several months though, the app requires you to login via the website every time, even though it’s setup to use Face ID, making it effectively useless. So don’t bother installing this; just carry on using the website, which gives you more detail anyway.

Awful App

Truly awful app solution. Still requires a manual login before using face recognition - every time. 2 factor authentication hardly works 2 times in every 10. Really can’t think of any reasonable to say about this. Useless to the point of annoyance.

Rubbish

Very slow to use and for the last few weeks I have to sign in with the web before I can access the app. Just awful.

Awkward

This app just feels awkward to use. How the heck do I set up fingerprint login??

Pointless app

For some reason the app no longer recognises Face ID So no point in switching from using the pc to the app as every time you use the app you need to put in your ID, password & code they send you by txt ITS QUICKER USING THE WEBSITE SO WRONG

What’s the point of having an app if I have to go through the same process as the superior website? I switched from the website to the app but now back to using the website. Bizarre.

Login

Despite being setup for biometric login it always ignores this and forces the user to re-login with 2FA which doesn’t always send a text code frustrating any attempt to login.

Does not work

Doom loop at login. Sends a code by SMS and then does not accept it.
