This application provides several commonly used scales for assessment of patients with consciousness troubles:
- Adult & Pediatric Glasgow Coma Scale, which is the most frequently used score to evaluate the conscious state, particularly after a traumatic brain injury
- FOUR Score which can be used for intubated patients
- Disability Rating Scale which is used to predict the degree of disability depending on clinical recovery
