Cannot pay the water bill anymore. Removed from favourite and now it’s no longer possible to add it back. Says “incorrect details entered,please try again!”
Description
Product of Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC, Q+ is the future of QR based payments in Sri Lanka. This app could also be used around the world and supports both Visa and MasterCard QR Code payments. This app is not restricted to merchants of any particular bank, this could be used locally and globally to process QR based payments.
Any of your COMBANK issued Credit, Debit or Prepaid card could be registered to make the payments through this app. MasterCard, Visa and Lanka Pay cards can be added to the app and you can add up to 5 cards to your app.
Payments can be done by the click of a button. All you have to do is scan the QR and enter the amount and the PIN. Payments are process fast and secure.
Transaction history inquiry can be done up to 06 months transactions. If there is a dispute about the payment transactions, such as duplicate posting, you can raise the dispute through the app.

Recently When Iam login in my q plus payment app it says technical error please try again later please fix this problem
Poor app. No integration with merchant
Last two transactions had issue. Cargills one payment did not update, then had to do second payment. Then to get refund the 1st…. 10% cash back offer with Keells. Rajagiriya keells said thy do not accept Q+, after 1hr shopping. After complaining they accept to proceed. Payment was successful from bank end, but not to merchant. Had to wait another 1hr to get sorted. NOT RECOMMENDED.
