Combustion’s Predictive Engine estimates exactly when your food will be done, using the data from its 8 onboard sensors (the most of any cooking thermometer!). This app allows you to set your target doneness and shows the prediction, along with the three most important temperature readings: core (internal temp), surface temp (true cooking temp), and ambient temp (the air around your food).

Graph your food’s temperatures in real-time! See exactly how heat moves through your food. Understand how surface temps translate to core (internal) temps and see how the oven temp you set is not the same as the food is actually experiencing (it may shock you!). The Combustion Inc app puts all that knowledge in your hands, for better results every time you cook.
