Don’t use

Booked a taxi 5 hours in advance and booking was accepted and placed. No car showed up and I was left freezing outside with just being told no drivers available by an automated service. Don’t take the booking if you can’t provide a driver. Will never use again.

Very late

I ordered a taxi via app in the morning for 22:45, had called as taxi hadn’t arrived, called and told taxi would arrive soon!! It was 50minutes late and don’t know if it would have even arrived if I didn’t call. When Kasim arrived we had a pleasant journey home with a polite driver. I think you should tell costumers if you are running late as it was 1 degree outside!!!

Awful app and service

Pre-booked taxis on app car never turned up. Gave up after more than 50mi. Wait…. App doesn’t allow for updates and service from company very poor…

Terrible company

You can book a taxi to the train station the night before your train journey. They will accept the journey. And yet they think they can turn up over 30 mins late. Terrible company. Use literally any alternative

Terrible app

No confirmation of a driver taking your booking. Various cars show on the map, then disappear. No way of knowing an estimated pick up time. It tells you booking is confirmed, but no way to know if a driver has taken it or when it might arrive.

Very disappointing

Used com cabs to get from Ibis Hotel in Aberdeen to P&J Live , at around 7pm April 29th 2023 , great service , decided to book in advance once has arrived for the return journey back into Aberdeen at 10.30pm . Taxi was booked. At 10.40pm got a phone call saying they wernt doing our booking ! Had been standing outside waiting and even approached a com cab which had pulled up but was told it was not our taxi. Ended up having to stand and wait 40 mins for a bus , and while doing so saw other com cabs pull up and picking up fares. By the way, the com cab which had pulled up and parked before we weee informed they wernt honouring our booking was still at the same area where we had arranged to be picked up 30 mins after stopping! Appalling service taking into account they had over 3 hrs to let us know before our taxi was due to pick us up (myself and my daughter ) , myself being unable to walk a great distance . When I complained to whoever phoned to let us know the woman hung up on me . Certainly won’t be recommending com cabs to anyone !

Terrible App

Booked taxi ahead for 10am, only to have to call at 10.10 to be told, have no idea as we don’t have a car in the area and the booking only becomes live 10 mins before the time…. What is the point of this app if it doesn’t do what it’s supposed to !!! Terrible service
