The purpose of the Come On Now! Patient app is to increase the percentage of completed physical exams and immunizations for preschool children by providing primary care and telehealth services from medical clinics. Parents are notified when it's time to bring their children
into the medical clinic for a checkup. Parents accept the invitation or decline the invitation based on their availability. Patients can be seen
face to face or virtually using telemedicine equipment.
