Bought the month pass thinking it was a free day trial for 7 days, only to find it was just to cancel it but still get charged on top of that my account won’t come up, any account I put it just comes up with an invalid prompt, massive scam!

App will not let me connect my accounts
App won’t let me verify my Instagram account as a business. It won’t let me connect my Facebook account. I tried contacting the company directly but no response. I was then changed $102.99 for a year membership without having authorised that.

Useful app for people who want to build their accounts. Can have some difficulty with loading when switching between accounts.
Waste of money
They provide you with no useful metadata or analytics, you honestly get more in depth analysis in the IG app itself if you just switch ur account to a professional account which is free. Biggest waste of $9.99 all 2024. Seriously don’t buy this.
