I am trying to open and use the app along with trying to create an account for this app as I think I’m going to need this app for this year and every time I open the app and click the thing to make an account the screen just turns to white and won’t do anything else and after I exit the app and open it again a screen with the logo shows up and won’t let me do anything else
Wont let me use it
I’m unable to accurately rate this app. I’ve deleted and reinstalled even tried using the website it refuses to let me create an account to even start applying to colleges. It crashes and won’t let me even get to the login screen after I try to click create an account. I’ve heard such good thing about it and wanted to try it so this is why I rated it two stars but I can’t say this is my accurate rating because it won’t let me use it.
Cannot get in
Every time I open the app and attempt to log in I can’t even get to putting in my email as the screen just shuts off and displays the logo. I’ve tried reinstalling it, same issue.
Customer service was awful
I am a senior who is about to start applying for colleges and I created an account last year for me to look at schools, and when I tried to get on this summer to start applying or look, it said there was no account under the email address I used. I then used several other emails, passwords, anything we could think of and it still didn’t work. I contacted customer services, the app company, anyone we could get our hands on; and still nothing. We got very rare reply’s and most were very vague and unhelpful. We have been trying to get in for about two months until a few weeks ago when we finally got an email about how to proceed, and still to no avail. I emailed her back explicitly stating what was going on because apparently they didn’t understand, and was written a one sentence response; twice. I kept trying and trying, so we finally tried another email, changed passwords, and even did what she recommended in earlier emails. I was at my wits end when my mother finally decided to write a lengthy email to her during which time I magically received an email about the new verification code to reset my password. I am now successfully in my account but was honestly very enraged with the quality of support we got, or quite frankly didn’t get. Literally none of the things they said to do in their emails worked, it just magically worked. I don’t know how or why but I am so glad it is finally over because we were nearing the time frame for applications and if we didn’t receive anything furthermore or get into my account, we were going to have to start emailing other higher up people to hopefully help us. We resorted to asking previous seniors what and how they got onto their accounts, because that’s how desperate we were. I am sure there was miscommunication somewhere in between the numerous emails, and maybe even several technological problems, but none of it still excuses the lack of support or help for my situation.

My common app refuse to open on my phone since last month. Even When I uninstall and reinstall it just shows login but if I try to login it just shows white and nothing else
Trashy app and website
When I’m doing my first year log in the screen turns completely white. I close the app and log back in and it’s stuck to the loading screen???? The website isn’t any better because it doesn’t let me load in first year login either. Trash. Get it together.

Bugged
It's bugged right now where it doesn't allow me to login, I'll get a white screen, where I can't tap anything then I'll close the app and reopen it and it'll stay in the loading screen indefinitely
