I can not log in. magic link and manual options just bring me back to the first login page on a loop!

Can’t redeem points for rewards and no one answers emails

I use this app for the hollister insight lab. I love the fact that I can get money towards one of my favorite stores and it’s great for college students who can’t always afford to go and buy clothes all the time. However, my main issue is how long it takes for the points to show up on my club Cali rewards account. It’ll take upwards of 2 weeks which is a long time! I wish there was more consistency or some sort of deadline on when the points will be transferred by. Otherwise, HIGHLY recommend.

I was a member of one of their communities, without warning or reason my account was apparently deleted and rewards I had earned are now apparently gone. There is absolutely no way to contact the community or even contact anyone at Fuel Cycle to figure out what happened and why.

Help. It crashes and I can’t log in

Every time I open the app it generates a network access error and I have to restart the app. It also crashed while redeeming a reward, deducted the points but never issued the reward. Support is slow to respond. There is no way to send a screenshot to them, so you can’t show them what is happening. I expect better from USAA. They clearly went with the lowest bidder on this one.

Where do I find the app in my search when I pull down and enter an app title? It’s impossible to find.

The app has minor glitches and formatting issues that need to be addressed. Other than that it serves its purpose.

Won’t let me log in to the app and keeps going in a loop. Feels scammy and like it’s just data mining

For once a place for all of use to cohesively come together and annoying ea directly.
