Efficiency and effortless app

This app is great for those who want a fast and reliable way to navigate. I have used this app and even when there is a problem, they are very quick to help correct the issue.

Multiple properties?

Texasfox on

App doesn’t allow for multiple accounts/properties. Lifetime is all over managing many neighborhoods-the app could provide a valuable service providing access to documents and dues paying in a one stop shop. Sadly no joy.

Not functional

TekuGai on

The app doesn't work when submitting requests. Server error. It also deletes your draft if you switch apps before submitting... but after you get it, the server error does you in.

APP

Really don’t understand why any HOA uses this company. There has to be some monetary gain/incentive. When I googled Community Link nothing came up. Bad news! And it won’t let you change your Password. Will be calling the Department of Corporations in Calif tomorrow morning to file a complaint. Something is seriously wrong. Obviously a very unethical company. Ethical HOA’s should beware!

Board Member Simplicity

I find this app to be a great tool for keeping current with my board responsibilities. I really like the ability to review and approve invoices!

Password reset?

No way to reset your password

Complete waste and not needed

This is literally the dumbest waste of development time and phone space. As a Mac user you need to pay via paylease and instead of just linking there, I was told to download this app which literally opened up the same webpage I used to pay on except now you’re stuck on mobile. Highly suggest just bookmarking the Paylease site and deleting this crap

Password reset not available

I attempted to login from the app on my iPhone on 8/26/2022. I tried multiple possible passwords. None worked. There was no ‘reset password’ available. I have deleted the app.

Convenient!

This is helpful when I need to access my HOA account information. It has everything I need available with little effort.

Old school trying to be cool

Idk if our management company doesn’t pay for all the features or if the Boomer paying for the service doesn’t know how to use it. Between the app and the actual portal functions this is a waste of time. I’m required to log into the portal to get specific board function information because I can’t figure out how to get it on the app. I have to email our management company with ARC requests that he then uploads to the system which defeats the purpose of using technology. Might as well use fax machines…makes about as much sense.
