I got registered in defense matrimony, from a friend's advice. The app pushes you to take membership else you cannot communicate or send requests. N they tell u they'll help you find better matches. Worst 5k bucks i wasted in my life. The matches only come in the beginning, just unsatisfactory ones all of them. later there is absolute lull, n it's not like your profile is promoted either. I have now deleted my account. Dont go for this, genuine connections cannot be found online and I can vouch for that.

Highly Disappointed I am member on community matrimony I have been convinced by your customer care executive (Name-Kali Charan and Abhishek) to be a member of community matrimony They confirmed that you will be getting highlighter service as well as the Astro match Service complimentary with this package. They also confirmed after three hours of the payment you will be getting a call in which your profile will get a makeover. I have been trying to reach him, since then he is not taking up my calls. It’s been 15 days since then neither I have got any call nor has he taken any follow-up. I have called him zillion of times ,as soon as he hear my voice he disconnects. He told me I will be getting the mail specifying that you will be getting the highlighter service free of cost. I am so done and dusted with your services Highly disappointed I don’t want to go ahead. Kindly refund my amount. Otherwise, I will be taking strict action against this. You guys fool people and later unable to fulfil as promised.
This people are deducting amount in credit card without my permission and my account has deleted still past from 15 days they are not able to refund it . Thieves are running this app with fraud ID’s and fake accounts people don’t get into this trap
Even after getting the paid membership I’m not able to view a simple contact number of a profile. On top of that customer care team is either not reachable or not able to resolve the problem yet. We need a fix solution on this. Let me whom can I connect for this.
The profiles it suggest are repeated and there are not much profiles in their database. Waste of money if you choose prime.
literally called too many times to take premium pack, After purchase of gold membership for Vokkaliga matrimony by 2-3 weeks now, without any reason team have been suspended my profile unable to login to my account also - now it’s loss of money
Don't waste your money by taking subscription guyz.Not worthful application.We will not get genuine profiles with verification with minimum requirements of photos of person and basic details like family origin ,Family details.Worst ever experience using this application.
