Easy to use and I have questions,so when I do I call my bank and I always get the best of help from the lovely ladies at the bank

This app hardly ever works. I constantly have to close the app out and start from scratch all over again and it still rejects the deposit 95% of the time.

I love the personal service from our Lyndonville office! I’m grateful for the people who made mobile banking possible. This was so easy to use and convenient as we travel often. Thanks again for great service.

I absolutely love my bank I can’t say goodbye to my bank even though I’m 1500 miles away I still love Colleen and everyone answering the phone knows who I am. I feel like I’m family like I’m a part of that branch. Everyone is so professional and so nice and kind. I just love my Bank.

2 times now I have done a phone deposit. Both times, I get a notice that the deposit was submitted/accepted, but there is no bank I D, or account info, or amount, on that confirmation page.

The new app is very well done aside from one thing I miss from the old app…there is no running balance associated with each transaction, just a total at the top. Would love to see an update bring that feature back.

Hello I love your App. One thing you might improve: That would be to make it easier to ‘Sign Out’ or ‘Log Out’. There should be a simple button for that. Or have I missed something? Well done, Peter

I downloaded this app to check my balances without having to actually go to the bank keep in mind I’ve never had this app before it does not give me the option to create an account only to log into the account with a username and password? Not sure how that works but okay

It works fine we will see after this check deposit the last one didn’t work. The next step nickname is annoying on the 4th try , 5th try
