App works great!

The business app won’t allow for Face ID if you have the regular customer app, so have to add in password for every login. Cannot transfer to personal accounts & must use two apps even if accounts are linked. It’s clunky but gets the job done, so here we are.

Awesome app with great security features.

Not my face. Not my PW. Not my phone’s PW vault. I ALWAYS have to create a new PW thereby making app unreliable & unusable.

The app is not allowing me to log in. Keeps saying incorrect password, when I was just able to log in on the desktop using the EXACT same credentials. Must be something wrong with the app.

Constantly getting “RDC account not available” after depositing one check. Also get “Mobile Deposit Error”. I have to clear the app after making each deposit, sometimes multiple times in a row between checks. I’ve deleted and reinstalled app many times (which is a pain). Takes at least a half hour to deposit 5-10 checks.

Have had to reinstall this app at least 10 times in last week! Linked accounts don’t update and then when trying to update them it crashes on my iPhone 11.
