Great app works really well and has all information I need

This is a great handy app. Very useful as it has your child’s notes, school report, etc all in the one app. I also love the fact you can send notification to the school if your child will be absent from school due to illness or other reasons.

Easy navigation and love that the app has more functions now, for instance, attach a file if required for medical certificate.

I can’t get onto calendar to se what I have. Can you fix this

It’s great to be able to communicate with the school through this app. See at a glance what’s on and notifications from the school too. See my child’s reports and submit sick notes.

Easy and helpful

I contacted Compass about this problem sometime ago and I got some help to temporarily resolve the problem (but that was more than a year ago and can’t remember what they did to help me). There is an ongoing problem with this app. Tonight I wanted to approve and pay for a camp for my daughter. But my login details did not work. So I went through the forgot password option (even though I had not forgotten my password). I tried twice to reset my password, but the app would not accept my new password, even though I followed the password rules. Why does this keep happening? It’s an ongoing problem. I get messages from my daughter’s school and sometimes I can log in to read them (it remembers a previous log in) and sometimes it asks for my password - but whenever it does that it will not accept my password, so I give up and can’t read the messages.
