Shut down after linking to Fitbit
Signed up created account and linked to my Fitbit and then promptly shut down when updating Fitbit data. Deleted app and tried again with same results. Totally useless. Very disappointed.

I used this app a lot for a week and it did exactly what I needed. The other day it crashed and won’t let me open the app. I’ve turned off phone and rebooted it. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it. I want to keep using it but it won’t open anymore 😞
I cannot say enough about the outstanding customer service that comes with this app! Not only is it fun and motivating to compete with friends, but if you have questions, they are available and very willing to help. I had a question/concern, and they went above and beyond to figure out and help with my issue. Highly recommend!!!
The app works great for connecting to your Apple Watch, tracking your exercise. The food tracking is not bad either, love the scan feature. Need more options on portion sizes. Calorie tracking nice, but is configured wrong. It’s show a positive in calories. It should a deficit, we want to be in a negative calorie count, alway burning more than we take in, not show a positive of how many calories we have we can consume. This is one time being in the red or negative is a positive motivator. And keep expanding your food database for scanning, there are a lot of health choices out there and we trying them, but the items are in there.
I can finally have fun getting fit! Easy to download and fun competing. My husband is doing it too. This app is a great fitness tool and is helping us reach our goals!
Update: wow! What great customer service! I emailed them and got a response right away. Very friendly and very helpful. I am really enjoying the app with my friends and family! I have updated my rating based on my experience with the company and that app. Thank you, again!!! I like the look and feel of the app as a whole, but I do have a couple issues. Every time I go back into my edit profile page the units of measurement switch from imperial to metric. Then when I switch it back, all the measurements that were saved are now wrong. The other issue is with adding my weight. I added it the first day I had the app but now when I try to weigh in on a different day it says that this new weight is my current weight and starting weight, which is not correct. I tried to add back the first weight in the graph but no matter what date I add it for it just updates as today. Getting a bit frustrated with the app now.
My family and I are using this app to challenge and encourage each other for weight loss and better healthy habits. It meets our needs more perfectly than any other app out there. It is simple and intuitive enough to need very little start-up time, and it includes several different aspects of wellness that we can use for challenges (healthy diet, activity, and weight loss, to name three). Even better is the superb customer service. They are prompt with answers and fixes to any issues. Very glad to have found this app!!
After battling yo-yo diet and exercise habits for almost a year this little app was the motivation and inspiration to finally lose that last 5!
With all the different apps to choose from, this one is really easy to use. Thank you for getting us more options.
I like many things about this app, but there are some straightforward fixes that could improve. How do you have the app available to many countries, but then have all the weight in pounds and ounces and not give an option for metric system? Syncing to your apps is nice but what about people who lift weights or practice yoga and have no fitness watch? Why can’t you include your exercise manually? There is no FAQ or Help section to learn how to troubleshoot or ask any questions. So I had to write this review in order to voice my opinion and ask the questions I was thinking of. All that being said, I do like the simple interface and the ability create teams and challenges.
