Good app for competition!

I’m on my second round of competition. The app has its limitations, but the administrator has been amazing in helping to fix weigh ins, etc. I cannot say enough about the quick customer service that is given! 18lbs down so far too!

Great App. Excellent Customer Service!

My family and I started a group competition yesterday. After the teams were set and the group was finalized, my nephew decided to join. I contacted the app developer hoping for a workaround, and his response time was almost immediate. Who does that anymore?! Amir swooped in and saved the day within minutes! We could not be more pleased with his response time, helpfulness, or this app. Great job guys, keep up the excellent work!

Scam adds in app

There are literally scam ads in the app. Today after I weighed in it had an “iPhone memory full ad” trying to get you to click the link. Disgusting. Deleting app.

App is trash 1 star

This app is very limited, not user friendly. I would’ve won a weight loss competition but the last uploads didn’t count for some reason. I woulda won $ but this app is trash.

App works sporadically

For the last two months, the app works sporadically.

Slow to load

I want to love this APP but can’t yet. We are a group of 33 and ever day I have to open and re-close out the APP just to get it to load. Today I can’t get it to load at all. This is a daily occurance that has nothing to do with my WIFI signal as all the members are having the same problem. Love the concept, hate waiting. Needs improvements.

Great Concept. Not for the Public.

I was hoping the developer had fixed the issues from previous reviews but no luck. I’m only on day two and the app take ten minutes to load and open, then only 1/2 of the pages show. My percentage lost is showing differently on two different screens. Took 20 minutes for the app to accept my weight. We’re moving to a Google Sheet. Manual tracking would be less work than using the app at this point.

Great but bad wait time

This is my second year doing a New Years challenge and Third challenge total. I decided to pay to get the apps removed this time because the delay was so terrible last year and it seemed to be longer this year. Even with removing adds (for 9 bucks!), the wait time just for a page to load is very long. If they get that sorted out, it will be great!

Crashes often

This app is good in theory but parts of it or the entire app crashes often or won’t load. Today is January 7 2022. I’ll update this review if things improve.

Love the app but is slow/keeps spinning

This is by far the most effective app for me when it comes to losing weight. Love the weekly match-ups, chat board and the way the progress is displayed! Just wish I didn’t have to close out and re open from freezing issues and it’s also usually several pages spinning for awhile before info is displayed. Possibly a server space issue?
