Pause for a moment to explore your feelings. "Complex Feelings" represents feelings and needs with abstract icons. Touch them to reveal their meaning. Select your current feeling, and connect it with a need.
The app keeps track of your pairs of feelings and needs over time, and you can easily check your most common feeling, or what do you need most. Or even filter by time of the day.
And to release some stress, there's a mini game where you have to literally push negative feelings aside, and avoid being crushed by them.
