At Compliant Trucking Inc, we provide compliance software for trucking fleet managers to track their drivers’ Hours of Service, their vehicles’ Pre-Trip Inspections, and their vehicles’ Maintenance so that the company can be compliant with Canada government regulations. There is no special equipment and no installation required. Clients can use existing iOS to enter, view, and edit the data while at the vehicle and office staff can use computers to view the data and generate reports.
Drivers can use their own unique login to enter the mobile app, change their duty status (On Duty, Driving, Off Duty), select a vehicle, complete the PTI, and proceed with their day. If any defects are found during the PTI, an email can be sent immediately to designated administrative staff (e.g. Fleet Manager) so that parts can be ordered and the repair can be scheduled. A workorder can also be generated automatically to be accessed by the Technician when the repair is done. Parts invoices can be photographed and attached to each workorder so that all necessary documentation is retained in a paperless format.
Notifications can be sent to drivers and supervisors when drivers are approaching the Driving and/or On Duty daily limits, when they are approaching their Cycle limit, and when they are approaching the 24-hour Off Duty requirement in 14 days. Administrative staff can be notified of approaching licence renewals, vehicle maintenance requirements, plus many other events.
All data is retained for audit purposes and we have a former MTO officer on staff to assist if you are audited.
