Doesnt even work
Cant login directly to the app. Can on the web browser and when it pulls up forgot password it logs in but through web browser making app pointless. Needs fix.

Its pretty sad that a company that is a “industry standard” in IT does not have an app that works.
Credentials don’t work
Same credentials for the web don’t work on app.
Useless
Useless app, can’t log in, would rate zero stars if I could.

I can login on my laptop but not with the app. I even changed my password just in case and no avail.

Will Not Let Me Log In
I’ve changed my username and password 3 times and it still won’t accept it, I’m getting a notice that says “Invalid username or password”. Browser login works fine though. Might be a glitch with using Apple Keychain. Deleting this app because it’s pretty much unusable
