ConcentrixOne mobile app will connect & collaborate employees of Concentrix with its various organizational resources and activities. The App creates inclusive culture among the employees and promotes organizational values. With the improved agility, security & speed, the App enhances the brand experience.
The application uses the following permissions from the device:
Location: The App can use the users current location to find the nearest Company facility and set context. Location details is also used to initiate Maps while exploring Company Locations. Denying this permission will disable the App in finding your nearest Company facilities, setting context in determining contents or initiating maps; the App can still work though.
Camera: The App can use the device’s camera to capture images to set as your profile or to report incidents. By denying this permission the App will not be able to use camera to capture fresh images, but can continue use the features by using already captured images from image library.
Photo-library: The App can fetch images from the device’s image gallery to set as profile image or to report incidents. By denying this permission App will not be able to fetch stored images for these purposes.
Notification: The App uses the Notifications for Alert level messaging.

unable to log in
not able to proceed in logging in to the application and it's been 2 motions since i used this and it's annoying and frustrating because i need to open this app by and by. before it's really working fine but now i don't know what happened that suddenly i can't log in and it directs me to other applications to sign in! 😞😞
Not opening
The app does open however I can’t open the whole feature of the app bc of the sign GDPR NETWORK FAILURE eventhough I am connected on the internet

It shows that this app is not working… helpdesk is not working.. please fix this app… i tried to inquire and ask assistance on salary loan however the helpdesk is not working. I have a wifi, the lastest iphone here. This app is not helpful. Hope you’ll gonna fix every single details in this app.
USELESS
This app is useless. HR will ask to raise it via CNX one app but it doesn’t work.. It just kept saying “cannot load your profile” Like seriously? I think the company paid less for this :( sad to say we doesnt have option but to continuously using this Crap app
