doesn’t work for iPad’s
tried them on both a 2018 & a 2020 iPad with no success, just use it on mobile phones…until they ever decide to get it up & working for iPad OS platforms

How do I sign up for condo control?
Dates / days wrong
Every time I book an amenity in our building the date doesn’t correlate to the day. Tried reloading and logging it a couple of times but still wrong.
Does not work on iPad
Download app but does not work on my apple ipad. Our condo started using condo control a few months. Anyone I spoke to that lives at our condo does not use it. Needs to become easier to use.

Can’t book amenities on new version
Last update was a step backwards
The new UI for amenities booking is much worse than the previous version, too many steps and not cellphone friendly regarding selecting time blocks.

Our building uses this service, and the experience is so bad! I’ve actually been a prop tech product manager at another company, and it’s mind blowing how bad the whole experience for the end user is with these guys.
Latest update is hot garbage
The version 10.13.1 update ruined amenity booking. What used to take 2-3 screens now takes 5-7.
