Cannot log in with profile. Cannot add flight. Why offer an app if it doesn’t work?

Useless APP. Unable to book or make changes on extras (seats, meals) but able to purchase insurance!? This is like flying charters. Very disappointing and stressing during a holiday.

Vous ne devez avoir que des passagers allemands ! Aucun Français, italiens , belge ou hollandais sans doute …. Et aucun juif, ça c’est sûr puisque l’appli n’est qu’en Allemand

Traduire en anglais est une chose…laisser les voyageurs à 8000 km de chez eux sans communication en est une autre…ne changez pas et n employez jamais cette compagnie !!!

I tried to download the app ; Once downloaded ; i found myself caught up in a mess who is unable to read anything cause it was in German ; i tried to find where i could change the language ; yet there is no such thing there. I somehow managed to reach where i should put the reservation number ; The application bug and would not accept numbers. Very disappointed ; on that note ; it needs a refurbish and improve the technical part of the app

Pas de choix de langue sur cette appli ??? Où est l’Europe ? Il faut savoir s’ouvrir et ne pas s’adresser qu’au allemand

meme pas foutus de traduire leur appli au moins en anglais, une honte !!

Dommage que cet appli soit seulement en allemand ! Je dois voyager avec Condor je n’y comprends rien !

For international travelers it would be nice to be able to change the language...

Nahezu alle anderen Fluggesellschaften haben eine vernünftige und funktionsfähige App. Condor bekommt es nicht hin. Die App matched zudem nicht mit der Webseite - einfach nicht zeitgemäss
