It s doesn’t add the boarding pass to apple wallet. You also have to add the boarding pass manually. Condor could have done better!
I have an account, but when I try to log in (with the correct data), it says: Login failed…
Half the links don’t work, seating plan doesn’t display.
App was providing incorrect departure time which cause major concerns on customer end. When I called the customer service telephone line, they stated that the app has errors… yes it does. And on my return flight, purport was showing a 2.5 hour delay but app was still showing original time…. No notification from app on time change. Very poor app for an airline is otherwise great with service. I hope they can spend some time and money on improving this.
Went to check in, pressed that I was a residence of CANADA, then the app continues to ask for an UNITED STATES zip code and STATE when I’m a residence of CANADA not U.S.A. It’s impossible to check in. And only 5 reasons for journey cause…. WHY?
I have never ever had bad experience with the stuff at counter like Condor Stuff.

Nothing works with this airline. You can’t export boarding passes to the Apple wallet. Then the app tells me that I got upgraded to a nicer seat only to have the counter agent tell me that she doesn’t care what the app says and I would have to pay for the upgrade. Of course, none of the counter agents actually works for the airline. Their whole ground game is a glorious mess. Their service counter seems permanently closed. You save some on the seat, but you pay for that saving with a total absence of ground services.
