It’s a nightmare to use this app. I’ve wasted 30 mins just trying to update my password!! Legit you have to update your password all the time. When you can finally log in, it’s not like it’s hiding top secret information.
Why isn’t the receipt uploaded automatically?
Can’t open card link to show hotel. Says not in right format to open on iPhone. Deleted app and reinstalled, still says card in wrong format.
Very frustrating we are forced to use this app. Constant issues with hotels receiving payments. They only show the last 4 digits of the virtual card so you can’t even have the front desk manually type the number in. About 99% of the time I’m forced to charge the hotel to my personal card and wait to be reimbursed.
I have this travel app as a State of California user and I am mad. It logs you out every time Conferma updates their terms of use. I am traveling, and I don’t remember my password, I have to reset the password to login in. The problem is with the reset is during 2FA, Conferma sends me a 6 digit pass code to my phone, I enter it and it does not work! I obtain a second code and and it does not work too! This is the second time that this has happened to me. The state of CA should find another vendor if you can’t fix these little issues. Conferma: If you want to keep our business, you will need to make the following improvements: (1). Don’t log me out automatically for an update of terms and service or an update to the app. I should be able to agree to those terms after starting up the app. This is a huge annoyance when traveling, waiting at checkin with 5-10 other customers waiting behind. If I can’t get access to the app to resend an authorization, I have to use my own credit card to pay for the hotel which defeats the purpose of this app! (2). Fix the six digit code authentication. It does not allow me to finish logging in with the right code! Also, (3) how about changing the credit card display to show all 16 numbers. I currently have to copy and paste it to my notes app to show the full numbers so I can verify the credit card with the hotel. This is another annoyance that wastes time. Update: 10/13/24: Also, can you make the entire credit card information available for view on the card? There are some of us who do not have a bigger screen where information like expiration date is not entirely viewable due to the size of iPhone. On an iPhone plus, the info is viewable, on smaller iPhones, the information is not entirely viewable. Update 11/19/24: Thank you for adding my suggested changes. It is greatly appreciated. Is it also possible to add a tap to pay function? Some of the hotels require a physical card to be swiped and this has lead to a bit of aggravation.
Hotels constantly refuse to take these “cards”
When I arrive at the hotel.. it is often rejected and I have to use my own physical card! Terrible!
I’ve contacted via email customer support multiple times and no resolution for me not being able to login. I have the correct username and password and it still will not let me login. Very frustrating.
