Scam and Apple will not give REFUND
Promised 1 month premium access and took my money but have no access to premium access. No way to contact them for refund and you guys are denying it as well but this seems like a scam that Apple is actively participating in. Taking peoples money and providing no service. Ended up taking 2 charges and they will not refund and have taken only these 2 options off availability for refund. APPLE IS PARTICIPATING OR ENABLING OR BOTH IN THIS MONEY STEALING SCAM!
“Premium” does not work.
I paid for the 7 days worth of “Premium” features and yet I have zero access to them. I think Apple needs to really look into this Application and its practices.

STAY AWAY - I paid for premium (twice). The charges went through but cannot access premium. Link to support is broken so no way get it back other than going through Apple.

Paid for the week long premium feature and it won’t let me access anything. A waste of cash and space
