November until December 2019 confirmed vpn not working, plsssss fix what the problem, ur my costumer since 2017 and i pay every month :(

Very disappointing
Im giving them the lowest rate because I got very disappointed with them. I sent a complaint with them and discussed about my issues with their application. I subscribed for one month for 5 devices in any platform and unfortunately the application is not working properly, I can’t log in with any other devices. Im changing emails with one of there representative name “Hector” he told me that he’ll get back to me as soon as they fix the issue, but after sending many emails with them I didn’t receive any reply.
A VPN works in UAE
It is very rare to fine a vpn application works in UAE because they have been restricted couple of years. I tried many big brands and never works. I just knew about Confirmed VPN and it was good surprise that it works perfectly.

Connectivity is ok but sometimes very slow and non responsive Especially with GSM data network
