《孔子学院》多语种期刊是孔子学院总部/国家汉办主办的系列出版物。2009年3月，中英文对照版《孔子学院》率先创刊。时任中国国务委员、孔子学院总部理事会主席刘延东致发刊词，殷切期望《孔子学院》期刊成为中国人民与各国喜爱汉语和中国文化的人民之间的“心灵之桥，信息之桥”。
为进一步丰富内容，拓展国际化视角，满足各国学习汉语和了解中国文化的多元需求，2010年开始，中西文对照版、中法文对照版、中俄文对照版、中日文对照版、中韩文对照版、中泰文对照版、中阿文对照版、中德文对照版、中意文对照版、中葡文对照版等双语对照版《孔子学院》期刊相继创刊。孔子学院总部编辑部与海外孔子学院携手合作，不断创新思路，丰富期刊内容，提升办刊水平，使11个双语对照版《孔子学院》期刊绽芳焕采，相映成辉，共同成为全景展现孔子学院建设、汉语国际推广和中国文化传播波澜壮阔时代风潮的画卷。
