No vincula el robot. No se da ni comenzado
Imposible vincular el robot, lo primero que te pide es introducir la wifi y no hay forma. Ni seleccionarla, ni escribirla ni nada. Por ello no se puede ni comenzar.

Tras cambio de batería por desgaste no se queda reflejado el historial de mapas y limpieza, he reseteado y vuelta a cargar y nada, a parte la conga ya no encuentra su base
Lo envié a reparación y no me lo han devuelto
Envié el conga a reparación hace 2 meses y no lo han devuelto, pague el presupuesto y sigue sin llegarme, no hay un número de atención al cliente y no se a donde llamar para que me den información sobre el estado de mi conga…. Muy mal atención post venta

Buenas, He cambiado la batería de mi Conga 1790, pero ahora no se guardan las actividades y a terminar de limpiar no se va a casa!

La conga tiene un año de uso y la batería ahora solo dura maso menos 15 min

Esto no puede ser….. por favor arreglar esto. No puede ser posible que no se conecte a redes 5g
No me permite usar el modo habitación
Hasta hace un tiempo funcionó perfectamente,pero en alguna de las actualizaciones me ha dejado de funcionar el modo habitación y no me permite usarla como venía haciendo. Francamente muy descontenta tanto con el aparato como con la app.
