Connect Broadband

I switched Connect for my internet broadband, and the experience has been exceptional. The speed is consistently fast, customer service is responsive, and installation was hassle-free. The only minor drawback is occasional, brief outages, but overall, I highly recommend Connect with a solid 4.8/5 rating.

1. Not a user friendly App. 2. Unable to take payment receipt. 3. Difficult to make payment. 4. Requested for disconnection.

You would have to be ignorant to get internet from these clowns. I live in rajpura, and these clowns have been charging me for last 3 months and yet they themselves cut my internet wire and know I have no internet. For the last month, I been told , technician will be there in 24 hours.

Internet quality is really bad . The speed is really slow most of the times. Customer support is almost non-existent

Apps work good and cam easily pay the bill through the app securely
