I’ve spent the last 3 months (since childbirth) searching for a program that is educational, comprehensive., includes rehab/restore AND strength, all while coming from a woman who actually is certified and so so knowledgeable!! finally found her. And she doesn’t charge an arm and a leg. Worth every penny. So satisfied with my annual membership, app works flawlessly and thank you for no annoying music intro to every video!

I tried physical therapy in an office at 3 places, Pilates, yoga, and no one walked me through the issue like this. I am getting to squat for the first time in 8 years. I haven’t made it to the running portion but I am so excited to think I may get ot do that again!

I have used other pelvic floor physical therapy programs in the past, Caroline’s is the best at looking into the whole body even down to how your feet relate to your pelvic floor. I am only one month in through the basic foundations, and have gone from a 4 finger width Ab separation to about 2 1/2 finger width. I’m looking forward to how much I will progress once I move into the next phases!

More than a pelvic floor program

This program has taught me so much about posture, pressure control, proper form, the connection between our pelvic floor, ribcage, and foot. It’s so much more than just a pelvic floor program. The workouts are progressive and there are always loads of modifications if needed. Caroline is always there cuing you on proper form, which is so easy to forget when you’re trying to press weight. It’s an incredible program and she just keeps adding more content. Her staff is responsive to clients’ questions and takes suggestions from the members for new content. I highly recommend the program for pelvic floor and beyond.

This is one of the BEST programs I have done EVER! It creates such a great foundation and she explains why we do each exercise! The cueing is so helpful! I would love if she made continuing workouts post pelvic floor program! Also I have never really enjoyed yoga! All the yoga programs I have tried, the instructor goes way too fast and does not explain any modifications or how to use the yoga blocks! Thanks to this app, I now love doing yoga!

I myself am a pelvic floor DPT- however, I am my own worst patient!! After recently having my first baby, I don’t have the mental capacity to create and follow my own programing, so I purchased Caroline’s app. It’s been amazing! It’s wonderful to just open the app, click the video, and listen to the excellent cueing and instructions. Love her guidance and the ease at which I can use the app and follow along. It’s been a life saver for my postpartum recovery! Highly recommend!

I ran a mile today without leakage, got my 10k walking steps in, and did two of her workouts today because I was behind a bit. (I’m on week 7 of her program.) And for a menopausal woman (over 50) with pelvic bone surgery and prolapse that’s a freaking miracle. So grateful-thank you Caroline. Be consistent and dedicated -listen to everything she is saying, go back and do it again and your body will adjust-it takes practice. You got this! :)
