Change required but can’t seem to sort
It’s a good set up but I can’t seem to find how to get it working again after removing an outside cabin that had a sensor.
End result the system is u able to be set and used anymore and I can’t find how to sort it so it sits unused!
Alarm
Being able to turn off and on by my phone makes it so much easier. Love this alarm and app.
Working well
Capable app from the week I’ve been using it. Could do with more granular notification options — I want an alert when system is armed/disarmed, but not a 3 second siren tone!

I love the app. Been in security industry 34 years & this is excellent.
Not very usable
Doesn’t send alerts
Need to keep renewing subscription
Not very usable
Functional but needs work
The app works. It does what it needs to do.
However, it is not as easy to use as it should be. Too much mucking about to get to most important functions.
1. The login screen should be a nice big full screen number pad, and should also be tied to biometric unlock (fingerprint, face, whatever)
2. Default startup screen should be arm/disarm button with current status built in (button says arm if alarm is disarmed) Should be able to add/remove buttons for PGM outputs (open/close door or gate). Nice if status was built in too.
3. Which means that all the settings stuff should be secondary.
