I’ve had no luck signing into the new app. Tried everything and nothing works. Never had any issues with the old app. Can someone please tell me what is the solution to getting into the app. Losing my mind. Frustrated

1/21/24 This is an update. I was able to sign back in to the app but I am still not receiving messages. And again, are you going to add the eDriver Logs and Daily Summary back to the app. I use those features every day. I’m not sure why you would remove access to important information. Test this on real truck drivers. It seems as though too many people are giving you bad reviews on this app too. 1/2024 Older review. You left us hanging on the old app for years. Your support is unclear. My company finally figured out how to get us to be able to sign in. I used the first password to set up the account. You took away some great features like the eDriver Logs! I have never received trips on either app. But I can’t see any messages from my company! I like to keep an eye on messages while I’m not in the truck! I decided to take a big risk and sign out to see if that would fix it. The password I changed my sign in to isn’t working. The password I was originally given, of course, no longer works. Your link to “forgot password” is a dead link. Why can’t you guys give us an app that works with support? Charge us $10 a year. It is the future we need this to work. Also! Make sure you cover daylight savings time. The features were great when it worked in the old app. Why are we no longer allowed to have access to them? Ages 17+ app. I’m 64 and feel as though we are adults and should be treated as such.

My daily trips aren’t coming in from instinct work flow for the day

Well, they E-O-L’d the previous app, and fluffed up the handoff on user data. Even following the popup window instructions in the now useless ConnectedDriver app, I cannot log into the new app. Trimble, y’all used to be a lot better than this. Should have spent more effort on making sure the new hotness worked before you put a digital bullet in old-and-busted-but-working. This attitude is typical of the executive caste when it comes to us blue collar types.

This app does not do nearly what the old app did! Only advantage it has over not having it is the ability to read my inbox messages from my phone. I’m extremely disappointed with the new app look and functionality!!! Come on Trimble; you’re better than this!

Every time I try to log in it says my credentials are incorrect. Same sign in and password yet doesn’t work for this app. Ridiculous.

The old app works great with little problems.. I have been trying to log into the new app and it says my credentials are wrong.. have talk other drivers and they have had the same problem.. Would think they would send emails out to all companies and drivers that use the app and let them know what’s going on and what they are doing to fix the log in problem.. In the information doesn’t say if it needs to be capitalized or lower case letters… It seems they might have gotten in a little bit of a hurry.. there not any pics of the actual page of what it will look like.. This app won’t get any stars from me ..

I can not sign in with my credentials. I am currently signed in to the old one which is going to be discontinued soon.

The app is not working. Can’t log in with credentials! I can currently log into the old ConnectedDriver app with no issues this one says that my credentials are invalid. Called tech support they said my credentials was correct it’s a problem with the app. Can you please fix the app issue? I’m really looking forward to seeing and using the new features I’ve heard so much about.
