Cross border payments

Can i do cross border payments through connect Ips in IOS?

Payment Deducted but No Response

I have been trying to reach your support center since yesterday, but no one has answered my calls. My payment has been deducted from my bank account, yet I have received no response regarding the issue. This is not a minor concern—we are paying for a service, and our money is being held without any resolution. At the very least, the amount should be refunded as soon as possible.

WALLET TOPUP

Why the esewa wallet is not available in wallet segment of connectips. Other wallets are involved but esewa only not involved why?? Please add the esewa also in wallet segment of connectips.
