Hi there this app has been very useful for the camera features . I’ve just recently had a problem where it won’t send notifications with the motion detection to my phone anymore , is there any fix? I have made sure all notifications are set via the app aswell as my phones settings, please help
Love the app however the alert tones aren’t changeable and are very soft, maybe the devs can help ?
Reported the fault. Support advised app optimised for iOs Mobile, and not iPadOS, what a bunch of rubbish… I use my iPad to control all my other home media apps. CONNEX is the only unsupported app 😡😡😡
Recent update messed up the up. It doesn’t work any more.
Does not work with iPhone 13pro
This app is really good and easy to use just wish I could control it with Siri. Will it be available in the future?
I’ll rate the app again once the layout is fixed on the iPhone 14 pro. At this point, I cannot view anything.
Connex Connect product manuals are badly written. This app (apart from the basics) is terrible. If you feel like punishing yourself and wasting your time, buy these products and use this app. The real fun start when you try and integrate with Google Assistant and the Google Home App. You will eventually discover that some Connex devices can be used with Google and not others. You’ll also discover that you’ll probably need the Smart Life App. Rather buy devices, specifically designed for the Google Home App. These are labelled “Seamless setup with the Google Home App”
Well, I linked it to the app, and for that day it worked fine. Now, 3 days later it’s doing nothing. The app says everything is fine, but the device isn’t doing anything. No notifications, no indicator lights, nothing. Even unpairing and repairing has no result. It’s not detecting motion. It’s a dud.
