Keeps shutting off after data loaded. Can never get to the game. Re installed multiple times

After playing the archive for 2 days, I can't get in. It's loading the environment. I hope the official solution.

Cat and Mack

This game is amazing, except for and needs a few more vehicles like a cat cement truck, And Mack concrete pouring truck. Those were my favorite vehicles in construction similar two.

No sound.

I have just downloaded this game and I have played all previous versions. I don’t have any sound even though the setting menu has both music and sound effects turned all the way up. Please fix this bug asap. No fun to play silently

Every time I try to set up a profile it crashes when I hit start game, no happy to spend money on a game that doesn’t let me play
